Small but Mighty

We are a community of like-minded good people, coming together to provide opportunities for promising young people in Boston and Chicago, and to have a great time while doing so. Our team is comprised of musical and baseball all-stars, financial and in-kind sponsors, nonprofit partners, and of course our scholars and urban youth. While we might seem like a small organization, the ripple effect of our collective is immeasurable.

Born just 60 seconds apart, the brothers share a love of baseball and music and a commitment to serving their communities. Theo is well-known for leading two beloved franchises, the Red Sox and the Cubs, to curse-breaking World Series wins. Paul discovered his passion for service early in life and embarked on a career in social work right after college. Raised in Brookline, Massachusetts, they are humbled and proud to devote their professional and personal energies to creating opportunities for urban youth in their beloved home (Boston) and adopted (Chicago) cities.
